ZBFCC members enjoy exclusive access to the Clubhouse and Pavilion at discounted member rates, making it easy to host private gatherings, celebrations, and special events on our beautiful property.

To reserve a rental, members must complete and submit the online rental request form. Once approved, a signed rental agreement and security deposit (check preferred) are required to secure the date. Final payment is due one week after the event.

Please note: Depending on the type and size of your event, additional arrangements may be required prior to the event date. This can include providing proof of event insurance, securing proper liquor permits if alcohol will be served, and coordinating approved security services when applicable. All required documentation must be submitted and approved in advance to ensure compliance and a smooth event experience.
